Physician Assistant - NYP Medical Group Brooklyn - Neurology

The Neurology PA is an integral part of the care team. This PA will have the opportunity to learn and develop a multitude of neurology skills and procedures. Take advantage of this opportunity to advance your knowledge base and skills while working in a dynamic group. Transform lives, and channel your potential in a fast paced, high quality, clinical setting. Establishes a presumptive diagnosis and performs a general work-up including the ordering of appropriate laboratory studies. Under supervision, is responsible for the patient's medical issues following the diagnosis.

This is full time day (Monday/Friday - hours will depend on provider) position at NYP Medical Group Brooklyn located at 263 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. May be required to cover at other locations within Brooklyn Medical Group.

Preferred Criteria

  • One year of inpatient experience
  • Experienced Physician Assistant within a Neurology patient care setting
Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Degree or major in Certified Physician Assistant
  • Licensure as a Physician's Assistant by the State of New York
  • National Commission Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
