You will play a critical role in development and execution of Transformation strategy and initiative plans, stakeholder engagement, partnering with all levels of resources across CS&O and AT&T Business.Supporting CS&O Business Pillars in achieving their financial targets through design, implementation, and/or adoption of process only, automation, vendor, and/or labor Transformation initiatives.Identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable performance overseeing multiple areas of a business, implement operational changes and deliver measurable improvements.Key Responsibilities:Must be a strong self-starter with the ability to partner, stakeholder, and collaborate across and with other AT&T organizations, bringing different perspectives to consensus on solutions, securing buy-in and support for solutions, and communicating to influence adoption of solutions.Must be comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leaders.Must have a thorough knowledge of the organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background in order to fully support the transformation of the organization. Ability to define, design and implement processes into the organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration. Strong skills/mindset for strategic planning and roadmap management.
