In this role, you will participate in various projects and activities and provide advanced administrative support to leaders and the business. **What You Will Do:**

Order to Cash responsibilities customer order management, customer master data set up and change requests, entering and monitoring customer orders in SAP, handling customer inquiries via phone, e-mail or web, invoicing to customer specific requirements, EDI management, invoice resolution, process returns and RMAs, documenting and maintaining customer specific requirements.

Responsibilities include:

* Responsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing

* Monitoring accounts receivable

* Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation

* Assisting with sales reporting and documentation

* Maintaining relevant EDI information and processing EDI errors

* Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues

* Generates and maintains confidential information and administer company policy and procedures

* Performs system testing

* Applies technical skills and line knowledge to complete assigned work within own work group/project team

* Works toward and contributes to achievement of team/business unit goals

* Solves problems within own work group/project team

**Position Details**

* Location: Sugar Land, TX

* Work Week: Monday - Friday

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree

* 1 year of administrative experience

* Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus

* Organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and use sound judgment and tact

* Critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills

* Learning agility; Ability to quickly gain knowledge of organizational operations, procedures, and staff
