Job Overview

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of the program activities. Duties include implementation of the overall program goals and objectives for the Behavioral Health lines of business, passing on knowledge of important program processes (i.e. inform of payor changes, organization-wide changes, etc.), preparation and monitoring of Behavioral Health program reports and interfacing with community collaborators. This position will also support leadership team with coordination and roll out of departmental projects, fiscal management, program operations and logistics, participation in program evaluation, data collection and reporting, and serving as a liaison between schools, primary care clinics, clinicians, support staff and leadership team. This position may assist with coordination and implementation of school based program.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, sociology, nursing or health services preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health management or other related clinical integration management
required.
3. Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish/Mandarin depending on location.
