CCAT is searching for an experienced, customer-oriented program manager, with the ability to manage complex business and customer requirements typically involving multiple stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle. This role requires the ability to lead and manage customer programs from proposals to closeout-across functional, multidiscipline projects working with a collaborative team. Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of programs that generate real business benefit for small and medium-sized manufacturers in Connecticut and the Region and that benefit participants enrolled in training and talent development programs. Develop and maintain program master schedules/milestones and generation of monthly cost/schedule/technical status reports. Manage day-to-day program execution, including planning, monitoring, and addressing risk. Manage programs to business and customer requirements. Be responsible for financial control of projects. Monitor work of the interdisciplinary teams, ensuring the body of work is in alignment with business objectives and/or contracts, on-time and within scope and/or budget. Monitor quality and any internal issues that appear as a result of the project. Help to develop and improve current program management processes. Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, executive leadership, and customers. Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' experience in Program Management Program or product management backgrounds with proven track record of end-to-end program management execution. Managing multi-task contracts and /or subcontracts of various types and complexity and the generation of monthly cost/schedule progress reports. Communicating and working with executive leadership and management Developing and presenting complex problems in a simple way under tight timelines and presenting the findings both at a working and executive level. Interpersonal skills to work laterally and engage others to achieve success. Acting in partnership with the organization and to be recognized as a valued contributor to business and program results, able to work in a collaborative environment. Practicing a strong process orientation and developing and following standard work Using program management software and tools with high proficiency Preferred Experience: 5 years or more experience supporting, supervising or program managing workforce development programs or technical training programs. Experience managing or coordinating program events. Experience developing program management policies and procedures. Familiarity with databases, large data sets, dashboards, business metrics and business intelligence solutions and projects Certification in Agile methodologies (such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Program Consultant) is a plus. Analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets for planning, problem solving and or identifying improvements.
