Job Description

As a Lead, you’ll supervise an execution team at a customer site in delivering a product. Most initial customer site opportunities are anticipated to last approximately 24 months, dependent on project requirements, employee advancement, and company needs.

Deliver specific product to the customer through adhering to internal standards on: Schedule Cost Risk Quality Communication with team and customer Day to day operations of project Supervising, setting goals, and objectives for execution team (2-10 individual performers) Communicating project progress to the customer Reporting and tracking quality and efficiency (performance) for execution team Consistent communication with customer (reports, meetings, etc.) People highly utilized Project plans are up to date Personnel hours, costs, and metrics are reported accurately on a regular basis Ensure team members understand work expectations Supervise 2-10 team members with an average of 6 team members Required Qualifications

5+ years’ experience executing projects 1+ year leading a team of 2-10 people or more Experience working in the field (large industrial/complex facilities) Understanding of Project Management Fundamentals Ability to work at a customer site in the field Ability to hold others accountable Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including: Microsoft Project Business acumen and communication Capable of evaluating resource needs and allocating to personnel Effective at communicating expectations, tasks, and procedures to team members, and project status updates, needs, and alerts to customer Performs quality checks on task work and records progress, productivity, and quality Sense of urgency Problem solver Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification Experience in refineries or chemical plants Experience in PowerBI Experience in inspection, mechanical integrity and/or reliability services Direct Reports
