Job Description Summary
The T901 Program Manager will lead the cross functional team in the performance of the ITEP Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) to satisfy all contractual deliverables, while ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and meeting the internal business case. This role is the prime interface between the US Army customer and the internal team, managing the transfer of information and requests.

Roles and Responsibilities
The T901 Program manager will develop and integrate processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues across functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Responsibilities include:
Contract performance related activities tied to the EMD program
Maintain communication and technical coordination with external customers
Assure timely resolution of issues
Negotiate requirement changes and contract modifications
NPI Process compliance, to include all Tollgate reviews
Coordinate and run Program Control Board meetings
Coordinate and integrate technology needs with other internal organizations
Present product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or managing technical programs
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills. NPI program management experience.
Experience working with US DoD customer(s).
Broad technical knowledge of turboshaft product lines.
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
