The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the staging department resources and activities. The Delivery Manager reports to the Sr. Director, IT and works closely with Account teams, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and department leadership to ensure quality, on time delivery of all staging related work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day to day staging activities and resources, with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction

- Assign staging work to effectively balance workload with a focus on cross-training and employee development

- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or concerns, including but not limited to scope, requirements, and deadlines

- Ensure all inventory under the responsibility of the Staging department is appropriately managed and organized, physically and virtually, at all times

- Develop and maintain all staging processes and work instructions

- Lead time studies and assist Account Executives, Account Managers, and/or department leadership in development of information to support quoting and costing activities

- Ensure proper organization and housekeeping within the staging area

- Assist with general staging activities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum two years of previous supervisor or management experience, preferred

- Mid level to advanced skills in core Microsoft Office tools

- Experience implemented process Improvement utilizing standard methodologies (i.e. Lean SixSigma/Kaizen)

- Basic IT networking experience

- Basic understanding of tablet and/or server provisioning, including MDM experience

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Willingness to make decisions, even with some risk involved, in a time-constrained environment

- Able to effectively communicate to various audiences, verbally and in writing

- Adaptable and able to effectively prioritize and complete work, individually and through others, often in a fast paced environment with changing due dates and requirements

- Physically able to repetitively stand, lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach, with or without reasonable accommodations.
