Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to understand project goals.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee all aspects of project implementation, from site preparation to construction.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain momentum.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Ensure adherence to regulations and permit requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven project management experience in landscaping or home building construction.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
