SUMMARY

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in driving successful execution of strategic initiatives within Allegro's Operations PMO. This individual will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex projects that align with Allegro's business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of program management methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution, meeting scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk management plans, and communication strategies.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Implement and adhere to Allegro's project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
COMPLEXITY
  • Comprehends the big picture objective and the architecture of the projects needed to deliver the end goal.
  • Understands and manages constraints and uncertainty when making plans and commitments.
  • Exercises good judgment and decision making in an environment where not all the input information is available.
  • Identifies and manages risks and develops mitigation strategies to avoid negative project impact.
  • Anticipates problems and conflicts and acts proactively to minimize impact to project performance.
ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Smart Sheet, MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
