Summary of Position The Central Marketing Department at the University of New Hampshire is looking to hire a Senior Director of Project Management.

What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Director of Project Management:

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a critical part of the Central Marketing team. Partnering closely with both the Content Marketing team and the Creative team, you will play a key role in leading and managing the successful execution of strategic marketing initiatives and projects across the university. This will include all aspects of PM from stakeholder engagement, down to resource management and quality assurance. You will call upon your marketing expertise, as future projects for this role will include brand positioning work, a new creative campaign, video production,

advertising creation, and more!

Other minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Consistent track record to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to facilitate collaboration among all those involved.

Experience across multiple mediums and channels (e.g. print, digital,

OOH , etc.)

Experience managing outside vendor and freelancer relationships.

Owning the evolution and implementation of our processes, tools, workflows, etc.

Thrive in a high-paced and high-volume environment.

Skilled at problem-solving and being proactive.

Willing to jump in wherever and whenever the team needs.

A people person who enjoys proactively reaching out and connecting with individuals across the university.

Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Duty/Responsibility Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.

Duty/Responsibility Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, KPIs, timing, and estimated resources needed.

Ensure effective communication and engagement with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
