Job Description:
We are working with an Am Law 50 law firm seeking a litigation associate with 2 - 4 years' of experience for their New York City office.
The ideal candidate has 2 - 4 years of commercial litigation experience working on matters from inception to close, including drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; managing the discovery process, including deposition preparation and evaluating expert discovery; preparing witnesses for trial; conducting research; and preparing pre- and post-trial filings. Experience participating at a trial is a plus. Candidates must be familiar with state and federal practice, and have experience with eDiscovery. NY Bar admission is required. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
The firm offers a base salary of $235,000 - $310,000 commensurate with experience, as well as a bonus program, a comprehensive benefits package, and a hybrid work schedule.
