We are looking for all shift (day/evening/night)Job Duties:Assist nursing staff with completion of senior resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral carePerform vital signs on senior residents at beginning of each shift and as directedComplete required documentation in a timely mannerEnsure the safety of our senior residentsAssist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engagedQualificationsQualifications:1-year experience or more is requiredMust hold a current certification and CNA licenseMust possess a positive and professional attitudeAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentPrevious experience working in a CCRC environment is a plusAbility to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residentsAbility to listen attentively is essentialA willingness to navigate changes in assignmentsPrevious experience developing relationships and interacting with senior residents to increase their comfort levelPrior knowledge organizing social activities for senior residents is a plusCurrent CPR Certification
