Our client, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an HRIS Manager. Reporting to the Director of HRIS, this person will manage, enhance, and optimize the company's Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Some responsibilities include:
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Oracle HCM Cloud system and all other HRIS Systems in support of HR initiatives
Manage the HCM system release processes, 3rd party support vendor, and backlog to ensure the right priorities are being worked on at the right time
Develop and execute an HRIS strategy
Data Analysis and Reporting
Continuously evaluate HR processes to identify areas for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and applications
Manage and ensure success of quarterly releases
Monitors adherence to system procedures and processes; coaches, trains, educates in areas of non-compliance
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS system functionality and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Management of Information Systems or similar preferred) or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Oracle HCM experience
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain processes and policies effectively
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in a global organization preferred
