The ideal candidate will be leading the Consumer Health (Diamond) separation activities for the Quality, Compliance & Labs (QCL) Product Line in Supply Chain Technology. The overall Diamond program is a large-scale - enterprise-wide initiative with a lot of moving parts and can have ambiguity at times. The candidate must be able to work under tight timelines and be able to collaborate with other project and program managers. We currently have a Program Manager (Jill Cosentino) placed on the project with the HM.
- We need to target somebody with GxP.
- "Curve is a GxP application; he is looking for someone with experience with CFR Part 11."
- This is a waterfall project even though there is an oversight in sprints.
- Ability to work across multiple vendors and orchestrate a singular project plan to achieve TSA (transfer service agreement) milestones.
• Johnson & Johnson is seeking a solid PM that can serve as a Program Manager and have accountability in creating/maintaining an overall consolidated plan, working with other PMs, POs, and business contacts to provide status, help in mitigating/escalating issues & risks, etc., and provide status updates to Sr. Management
• Responsible for keeping the tasks of the roadmap project organized and on time
• Responsible for leading and coordinating meetings between global teams
• Responsible for managing quality documentation and providing summaries of meetings between global teams
• Working with SMEs to establish training programs as needed
• Minimum of
5 years in managing complex programs
• Must have a solid understanding of SDL C, and have practical experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with MS Project Required
