expense reimbursement What you’ll be doing: --Lead Talent Researcher – own sourcing pipeline and assist recruiters --Research and build competitive matrix maps for companies operated by our clientele --Identify and source qualified candidates for openings using LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Hiretual and other sourcing techniques --Leverage a variety of passive sourcing methods, techniques, and technologies to build a diverse slate of candidates and long-term pipelines --Maintain candidate & client databases within our ATS (tagging, category assignment, staging) --Produce “attraction” based job postings and post them to the appropriate websites. --Proactively build and cultivate diverse networks while identifying top talent for our pipeline --Trade Show research, preparation, appointment setting, follow up Who we are:
