Your new company

Our client is a Chicagoland Design-Build firm who has been in operation for over 50 years, with work solely focused on the Greater Chicago area. The group's core sectors include commercial, mid-rise multifamily, affordable housing, higher education, municipal and recreational. Due to growing demands on their business, they are now looking to hire a Project Manager II to join their Chicago team.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects ranging from $1million to $50million from concept through to final acceptance. You will be responsible for client proposals, project estimates, contract administration as well as scheduling and costing. This position will be a hybrid of office and site-based.

What you'll need to succeed

To apply for this Project Manager role you will need a minimum of five years experience with a project background in commercial and/or mid to high rise multifamily/mixed builds, with a thorough understanding of construction systems, phasing, logistics, scheduling and estimating.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a base salary of $110k to $140k DOE, a vehicle allowance of up to $750 p/m. This is on top of a comprehensive benefits package. This company will also offer viable opportunities to progress professionally. All projects are based in the Chicagoland area, so no travel out of state involved.
