The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. They should have the leadership skills to manage the entire life cycle of a project and deliver a quality project while maintaining great relationships with others on the team including the assigned JRT Superintendent, Subcontractors, Consultants, and our Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Read plans, coordinate the work, execute the plan on time and within budget
  • Produce & maintain a schedule & budget and represent JRT in project meetings
  • Subcontracts, RFI's, Submittals, Pay Applications, Projections, Closeout Documents
  • Conflict resolution skills are needed and you must maintain and create new clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science preferred
  • Base knowledge of construction required, preferably in tenant finish-out or airport work
  • Ability to run multiple projects at the same time & provide estimates for changes
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience for the APM position, 4 years for PM, 8 Years for SPM
