Overview:
This role is hybrid.
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling complex Strategic and High Priority programs crossing multiple domains/areas. Each complex program requires extensive cross-team organization, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills. Programs will be executed utilizing Foot Lockers Project Methodology based on Agile principles and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Standards.
Task and Schedule Management: The Sr. Program Manager is expected to be able to create written plans to manage and track tasks across multiple initiatives. When planning the work, the Sr. Program Manager must use their technical knowledge, as well as solicit input from the technical staff, business units and other IT support areas to assure the timeframes and expectations are realistic. It is expected that the Sr. Program Manager will develop resource plans necessary to complete programs and work with the Managers to provide those resources.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: It is expected that the Sr. Program Manager frequently polls the program team for status of activities, providing that status to business and IT management in a timely and accurate manner, while reviewing the tasks to ensure completeness, validity of results and compliance with Foot Locker Project methodology. Interface with program stakeholders to ensure all involved are aware of status and potential issues. Develop a positive partnership with the user community and program stakeholders. Any issues that could or will impact the overall program milestones need to be communicated immediately.
Accountability: It is required that the associates assigned to program tasks understand what they are to do, what their priorities are and that they are accountable to complete the tasks with a high degree of quality within the timeframes established. Unacceptable levels of performance must be communicated to appropriate management. Ensure that the users you interact with are accountable for their actions and decisions that impact these programs.
Leadership: Sr. Program Managers are expected to be a true leader for their program staff. Establish the vision for the program team as it relates to achieving the goals and objectives of the Program Sponsor and the company. Be proactive in anticipating and securing the resources needed to achieve the established goals and objectives.

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $90000 - $120000 / yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
