We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Security Installation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of physical security installation projects for our clients. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project objectives are met, and deliver high-quality security solutions. This role is open to both local and remote candidates.

Requirements

Major Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements.
Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including project teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals.
Installation Oversight:
  • Manage all aspects of physical security installations, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and more.
  • Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Quality Control:
  • Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Budget Management:
  • Track project expenses and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit accurate project budgets and financial reports.
Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
  • Resolve team conflicts and issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in physical security installations.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Additional Notes
  • Probationary period of 90 days.
  • Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions MAY not be hired.
  • Individuals must not have any alcohol or drug-related convictions or suspensions within the past three years.
  • Individual must be able to read and understand instructions in English as well as possess good oral & written communication skills.
  • Individual must be able to pass a drug and physical screening as well as background requirements.


Salary Description

$70,000- $100,000
