Windhorse Integrative Mental Health, a small non-profit founded in 1993, is seeking a full-time Clinical Team Leader for our Portland, OR location. Windhorse is a semi-residential therapeutic community that uses a mindfulness and relationship-based philosophy in working with individuals experiencing health challenges such as psychosis, mood disorders and trauma.

Teams of 5+ clinicians, including a therapeutic housemate, work together to offer up to 40 hours/week of individualized one-on-one client support. In addition to the role of case manager and family support, the Clinical Team Leader also meets with clients for typically 3 hours at a time, perhaps several times per week, partaking in activities that support healing in client homes or out and about in the community such as hiking, sharing a meal, getting coffee, volunteering, taking a class together, etc. Full-time case load is only a few clients per clinician, allowing for extensive depth of healing and connection.
