Job Description:

As Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for Epiq’s SaaS development tools including AI to fulfill on the platform’s product roadmap. This includes defining, designing, delivering, and scaling the products that we develop. You will work closely with our customers and other business functions to help define the key set of product requirements and products that will help us grow customer adoption.

What you will do:

Responsible for creating, and delivering on, long-range (3-5 year) product strategy/roadmap, developing the technical vision for the company’s products to support overall business goals. Develop and lead a high-performing product team, providing coaching and mentorship to support their professional growth. Leads the team in ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives in support of the business strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launches. Evaluates new technology, incorporating it into existing products or creating new products based on new technology like AI. Senior relationship manager with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the production process meets SLAs and outstanding product quality is delivered. Ensures the product team excels in requirements gathering and definition, competitive analysis, market research, positioning and promotion, design planning and development, hypotheses validation, and release management. Works with the marketing department on the development of marketing campaigns to promote new products or services to consumers. Analyzes and reports on client and customer feedback to senior executives, including providing recommendations to resolve issues and create new value. Reviewing sales reports to determine which products are performing well and which need improvement. Responsible for analyzing key market product trends and leading the team to drive innovation, improve process efficiency, and improve Epiq’s competitive advantage. Develops and manages a budget in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan, ensuring responsible investment across the product platform.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (MBA preferred). 12+ years’ relevant experience in roles with increasing responsibility, including leading large teams. Demonstrated strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in a global organization. Demonstrated ability to interact with, and influence, C-level executives to drive business value. Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes. Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise software programs with successful delivery to market. Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to balance the perspectives of the engineers who build the systems, as well as the business users and customers.

The Compensation range for this role is 179,505.00 - 359,010.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
