Overview:

The Facility Project Manager, reporting to the Facility Director, manages all communications, timelines, deliverables, project scopes and other critical functions relative to de novos, expansions, relocations, or any other facility needs that meet the criteria for centralized management and support. The Manager works amongst MB2 departments, field operations, facilities construction managers, MB2 equipment leads, vendors, operating owners, and others, as needed, to execute Facility Department projects seamlessly and efficiently. The Manager executes projects, as directed by the Facility Director and VP of Central Operations, promptly, thoroughly, and accurately while maintaining day-to-day department communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five years of project management experience or (dental practice knowledge preferred).
  • Organizational skills and able to work amongst multiple platforms and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to time manage, work amongst multiple departments and be accountable to deadlines.
  • Strong ability to document and create training material to support department functions.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week from the MB2 main office in Carrollton, TX. Nationwide travel to support projects as needed.
  • Ability to work independently, in a group setting, and one-on-one.
  • Able to represent the company in the highest level of integrity and character while at MB2 Dental and onsite in the field at job sites.
  • Must be willing to answer communication promptly, thoroughly keeping all parties aligned and informed.

JOB DUTIES

  • Document project status and updates in project management tools.
  • Maintain and refine standard operating procedures.
  • Lead meetings with Doctor Owners, Operations, and the Facility team; advanced preparation of agendas is needed.
  • Keep project stakeholders updated through regular and effective communication cadences.
  • Perform post project assessment exercise and document lessons learned.
  • Meet with the MB2 departments regularly to provide and receive feedback to improve inter-departmental processes.
  • Perform cross-department trainings on process workflow enhancements, as needed.
