Responsibilities
Overseeing multiple construction projects and maintaining client relationships
Guiding change orders and bid processes, including cost proposals
Enforcing the Site-Specific Safety Plan and spearheading the Safety program
Managing project development from start to finish, including scope, milestones, and deliverables
Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and ethical standards
Assisting with hiring and recruiting of Project Managers and Engineers
Communicating project expectations and objectives to senior leadership and stakeholders
Overseeing project cost reporting and managing budget
Directing and supervising project staff and subcontractors
Establishing values, expectations, and performance standards in line with the company’s mission and vision
Building and developing customer relationships
Conducting project reviews and identifying lessons learned
Regionally, the role involves developing strategies for business growth, conducting market analysis, identifying potential partners, and participating in industry events
Competitive pay: 150,000-185,000 (DOE)
