About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the long-term product strategy. This leader will be responsible for establishing the product vision and roadmap, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with the Chief Product and Technology Officer to ensure the delivery of business and product plans. The successful candidate will lead a team of product management professionals, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, and be a polished ambassador for the company, with strong customer advocacy and executive presence. The VP of Product Management will be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth, with a focus on building safe, secure, and resilient supply chains. They will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with blue-chip customers, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision. The position also involves leading a team of technical professionals to achieve the company's goal of delivering a trusted risk management graph. The role demands a deep domain knowledge in supply chain or third-party risk management, particularly in regulated industries, and requires at least 15 years' of experience in enterprise software product management, with a minimum of 10 years' at the senior leadership level in a SaaS environment. Strong technical knowledge, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) are essential.
