We're seeking a Product Manager, Owned Enhancements to help define and execute consumer activations on Red Bull Owned properties. Reporting to the Director, Owned Channels you’ll work alongside our award-winning global teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to create excellent consumer-facing digital experiences, streamline owned workflows across the organization, and create cost efficiency with agencies used to build digital enhancements.
Job Description
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT FOR DIGITAL ENHANCEMENTS
Collect and deliver business and technical requirements for new digital experiences, tools, and shared components for consumer-facing digital, web projects.
Work cross functionally with IT, Marketing, DTC Marketing, Legal, and Programming to ensure digital experiences meet business needs and exceed consumer expectations.
Integrate third-party platforms/vendors within Red Bull Owned Platforms to ensure maximum ROI measured against business needs.
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Provide technical project management for the complete project lifecycle of new digital experiences on Red Bull Owned Channels – from project brief through development, launch, and performance evaluation.
Streamline projects across RBNA through templatization and supporting the creation of custom projects
Establish and execute an efficient workflow to localize existing global templates for the US market
Ensure consistency of brand, look and feel, and tone of voice across all agency and internally developed projects
DIGITAL AGENCY MANAGEMENT
Establish US-based, preferred digital development agency cohort
Onboard and manage daily communications with all agencies delivering owned enhancements
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE STRATEGY
Define and implement workflow and strategy to inspire creativity and instill best practices for project execution in the US market
Drive understanding and learnings across the organization to improve project execution across Owned platforms
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Project/Program Management, UI/UX, Engineering, or Product Marketing
Experience managing a website or web-based marketing campaigns
Experience leading the agile development process, including conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
Organized - capable of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders at once
Product Management or Project Management certification(s)
Experience developing premium consumer-facing applications
Experience working with A/B testing and analytics platforms
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $101,365 to $112,034 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
