Project Manager - Technical 7+Month Contract Tualatin, OR (onsite)

Overview: We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have solid Excel skills, experience with project management databases, and a strong understanding of leases, jurisdictional permitting, zoning, and compliance. Previous experience in third-party vendor management is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Manage project data using Excel and project management databases. Handle site acquisition tasks including lease negotiation, permitting, and zoning compliance. Coordinate with third-party vendors for various project needs. Requirements: Solid Excel skills. Experience with project management databases. Experience in site acquisition processes. Understanding of leases, jurisdictional permitting, and zoning regulations. Experience in third-party vendor management.
