Lincus, Inc. We are currently seeking a driven Program Manager to oversee energy efficiency programs, particularly in agricultural, commercial building, industrial, water, and wastewater systems.

In this role, you will lead the deployment of initiatives aimed at promoting the adoption of both existing and emerging energy-efficient technologies, including electric, gas, and water-saving systems, for various building applications. Additionally, you will spearhead efforts towards the decarbonization of pumping and industrial processes. Proactive problem-solving and timely issue mitigation will be key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will excel in planning and managing all facets of project work, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. Strong customer relations and technical sales skills, coupled with effective communication abilities, are essential. Familiarity with California and Federal energy efficiency codes, regulations, and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience in energy efficiency

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
