You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, subscription, and editorial, to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our audience and align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media trends, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities

Product Strategy Development: Work with senior management to define product vision, road map, and priorities based on market analysis, user feedback, and business goals Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define product features and functionality, prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility, and create detailed requirements documentation User Experience Optimization: Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving user experience, engagement, and retention Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products within budget and scope Data-Driven Decision making: Utilize analytics and KPIs to track product performance, measure success, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, road map changes, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field; or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital media industry Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to think strategically, with a creative mindset and passion for innovation Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools Knowledge of digital media technologies, content management systems, content distribution platforms, and the advertising ecosystem Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is a plus $100,000 - $120,000 a year
