This role is a hybrid role in Chicago, IL. Our preeminent law firm client is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team in their Chicago office.

Our client is a multidisciplinary AmLaw 200 legal services provider with approximately 550 attorneys practicing at the top of the profession in Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, Tucson, and Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities:

This candidate will draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents and leases, as well as related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

Must currently hold a law license in Illinois.

Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

Ideal candidate will have experience with zoning and land use matters, including leading and presenting various types of land use entitlement cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $190,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Experience:

Real estate law: 5 years (Required)

Qualifications
