The

Construction Project Manager

position requires the efficient management of employees, paperwork, sub-contractors and communication with municipalities, insurance adjusters and customers. You must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate sound working knowledge of construction procedures and protocols. Overall, the Project Manager supports the company in achieving its goals by effectively and efficiently managing assigned claims to ensure full accountability for our staff and workmanship by delivering a project that meets, and even exceeds, the customer's expectations.

Position Requirements:

At least 1 year in experience in Project Management In depth knowledge of the of the reconstruction industry Must have excellent communication and people skills to represent the company successfully and clearly to the public Must have computer software proficiency with Windows & MS Office Familiar with estimating software “Xactimate 28” (experience preferred but not required) Must be organized and self-motivated, pay attention to detail and require little direct supervision Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines Strong sense of urgency Excellent ability to complete required paperwork correctly and punctually Hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Major Responsibilities :

· Selecting and purchasing material

Procuring equipment Overall site management Excellent communication with clients and/or insurance adjusters Only serious applicants need to apply.
