General Purpose
The City of Commerce City is seeking highly enthusiastic Batting Cage/Field Supervisor II. The Batting Cage/Field Supervisor will assist in planning, organizing, promoting and supervising the batting cages. Will be the onsite field rentals supervisor for baseball, softball, soccer, football programs and tournaments, special events and various other duties. Weekend and evening hours will be scheduled.
These vacancies are open until filled. We will review applications every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
The hiring range for Batting Cage Attendant is $17.16 - $19.43 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications
•Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License.
•Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
•Previous customer service experience preferred.
•Previous experience of batting cage operations is a plus.
•Previous experience as a field/gym supervisor is a plus.
•Extensive comprehension of the adult sports programs is a plus.
•Previous cash handling experience preferred.
•Experience in telephone courtesy.
•CPR and First Aid Certification are preferred, required within three months of hire.
•Concussion Training preferred required within three months of hire.
•Minimal error tolerance when handling cash transactions.

Recreation Center Membership: Employees are eligible for a membership to the Commerce City Recreation Center for $5.00 per year.
Golf Course Green Fees: Employees can play the City's award-winning Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes. Employees can also purchase golf merchandise at discounted prices.
Benefits: The city monitors the hours worked for seasonal and variable hour employees. In the event that they work more than 1,560 hours within the ACA measurement period, they will be offered health benefits.
Wellness: Employees are eligible to earn up to $100 for participation in various wellness activities offered by the City throughout the year.
Eligibility for Pay Increases: Employees are eligible for a pay increase around the time of their annual appraisal following a successful evaluation.
