Job Title: Change Management Lead Rate:

$125/hr. Employment Type:

Full Time Duration:

September 1st, 2023 – June 2024 Location:

Hybrid – Primarily remote, but may have monthly travel to Columbus, Ohio

Scope of Services: This role encompasses strategic Change Management planning, execution of Change Management deliverables, and fostering Project & Stakeholder collaboration for an SAP project.

Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables: Change Management Strategy:

Support the implementation of a comprehensive Change Management strategy and plan for the successful adoption and integration of the contractor portal within the Work & Asset Management framework.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to build strong partnerships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and Change Management initiatives.

Change Deliverables:

Lead the creation and execution of Change Management deliverables.

Change Leadership:

Demonstrate strong change leadership by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders. Foster a culture of adaptability and openness to change.

Qualification Requirements:

Change Management Expertise:

Possess experience in a change management-related role, demonstrating a track record of successfully leading complex Change Management initiatives.

SAP ERP Project Experience:

Previous experience with ERP projects, particularly SAP implementations, is highly desirable.

Work Management Expertise:

Ideally, the candidate would possess experience in both SAP and work management processes, enhancing their ability to understand and address project intricacies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Ability to work and interact effectively at all levels of the organization, across functions and geographical locations, to build strong relationships and drive alignment.

Communication Skills:

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-through capabilities.

Strategic and Tactical Thinking:

Capable of thinking strategically to align Change Management initiatives with overarching project goals, while also executing tasks at a detailed level.
