Pharm.D. or Bachelors degree obtained through a formal 5-year program. One year experience preferred. Florida State Pharmacy License. Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation, information, education. Provide safe, high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient.
