Requirements

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team Leadership and Management
a. Planning (daily plans, routines and rainy day projects)
b. Create daily team rotation schedule by role and personal breaks
c. Work with team to meet or beat monthly goals
d. Fill in staffing gaps as they occur
e. Manage escalation tree (order of phone call escalations)
2. Deliver a Premier Customer Experience
a. Maximize team member visibility and engagement with customers at kiosks and vacs
b. Know all wash packages and pricing; can effectively explain all of our savings plans and
packages
c. Communication, communication, communication with radios among the team
d. Uphold safety standards (e.g., ensure eStop used for cleaning tunnel; COVID
precautions, loading cars, eye protection worn in equipment room, and ear protection
in blower room, etc.)
e. Handle damage claims following the process using Open Wash Systems
3. Ensure Operational Excellence and Wash Quality
a. Ensure opening and closing checklists are properly followed without gaps
b. Daily site checklists are followed and documented
c. Hourly - review wash bay and equipment room for any equipment issues; resolve or
elevate as necessary
d. Monitor wash quality continually and immediately address shortages (drying / blowers,
tire shine, cleaning effectiveness and brush contact, and water quality - RO TDS
monitoring)
e. Must pass a thorough exam of all working functions and component parts of equipment
room and tunnel equipment
