Key Responsibilities:

Telecommunications Project Manager:

- Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Budgeting: Manage project budgets and ensure that spending stays within allocated funds. - Stakeholder management: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure that everyone is aligned with project goals and progress. - Risk management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Team management: Lead and motivate project teams, including telecommunications engineers, technicians, and other professionals. - Quality assurance: Ensure that telecommunications systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management. - Problem-solving: Address issues and challenges that arise during the course of the project, finding solutions to keep the project on track.

Telecommunications Subject Matter Expert (SME):

- Technical expertise: Provide expert knowledge and guidance on telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards. - Solution design: Assist in the design and implementation of telecommunications systems, ensuring that they meet the organization's requirements and industry best practices. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to telecommunications systems and infrastructure. - Research and development: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry, and assess their potential impact on the organization's projects and objectives. - Training and mentoring: Provide training and guidance to other team members on telecommunications concepts, tools, and techniques. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to telecommunications systems, including technical specifications, diagrams, and user guides. - Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that telecommunications solutions align with project goals and requirements. - Compliance: Ensure that telecommunications systems adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols.

The Ideal Candidate Will Come With

- 15+ Years of industry experience. - 5+ Years of project management experience. - Low voltage industry knowledge in Telecommunications, Electronic Security & Audio Visual. - Project management experience in construction, transportation and OSP. - An RCDD and/or BICSI certification. - Obtained PMP certification. - An engineering or field background, proving technical knowledge of the low voltage industry.

Location Requirements: The successful candidate must have eligibility to work in the USA without sponsorship requirements; furthermore applicants should already reside either around or near enough proximity towards this job's location which is located at Washington D.C. This is an on site/in office role.

Compensation Package:

- A base salary between $120K and $140K (skill set and value dependent). - Yearly bonuses averaging at 7.5% of annual salary. - Company profits bonuses. - Full benefits package including a 401K.
