NVISION is looking for a competitive Sales Representative to call on our Primary Care Practices. You need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Primary Care Area Manager will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, and you will aim to meet sales targets.

As a Primary Care Area Manager your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our companys services provided to Primary Care Practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximizes the facilitation of referrals to ensure the optimal patient experience.
  • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of services, market and area affiliates.
  • Utilizes NVISIONs best practices approaches to engaging with our primary care providers (PCP).
  • Establishes and manages high quality communication with all referring doctors.
  • Develops and improves product knowledge, procedure knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs.
  • Assess clients needs.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted Practices to refer patients for our services.
  • Attending sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions.
  • Develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Build positive trust relationships with our medical practices to influence targeted groups in the decision-making process.
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify our competitive advantage.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred background in Pharmaceuticals or Ophthalmology
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Preferred BS degree in relevant field
