VP of Engineering - Military veterans preferred

Alaant is recruiting for a Vice President of Engineering for our client in the manufacturing space. They are committed to pioneering innovative technical advancements in their various projects. As the Vice President of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy and driving revenue growth through different business channels. You will leverage your expertise in wireless communication systems, you will oversee the engineering team to design, optimize, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the customer needs. Hours and Benefits for the Vice President of Engineering: Monday- Friday Salary is between $150,000 - $200,000 annually. Medical, dental and vision Responsibilities for the Vice President of Engineering: You will provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering team. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, understanding their needs and challenges to inform product development and sales initiatives. Devie the development of novel engineering solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market needs and specifications. Build and mentor a engineering teams that foster team collaboration, and innovation. Requirements for the Vice President of Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering with a proven track record of technical leadership. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results.
