We are seeking a Construction President for Columbus, OH to manage all general construction, CM, mechanical HVAC & Plumbing construction (and services) solutions for large commercial and institutional building construction projects.
The executive will be responsible for the overall construction P&L for the regional office of $100M and all of projects within budget, on schedule. He or she will also be responsible for the management of Business Unit(s) and/or Operation Group(s) processes and procedures, including project required Pre-Construction, Planning & Preparation, Execution & Control, and Closeout with full P& L responsibility.
Candidates must have experience managing commercial or mechanical construction operations with large project, experience, good people and leadership skills, and a stable job history.
