As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and execute advertising research projects at varying stages of the development cycle for leading brands across diverse industries. You will collaborate with the broader team to uncover and communicate key insights and actionable strategies to help shape future advertising campaigns. Our Creative Excellence team supports and advises clients through the entire creative process to reach their business goals - from first insights into the big idea, from early concepts into final versions, and even monitoring the impact post launch.

What you can expect to be doing:

Provide consultation to help clients understand how consumers respond to advertising with the intent of guiding the creative development process

Lead the design of research projects to address specific client communication strategy needs

Manage and coordinate advertising research projects from initial proposal to results delivery including costing, proposal & study design, questionnaire development, data analysis, interpretation of results, and preparation of final deliverables.

Liaising on a regular basis with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing, and analytics) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner

Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, providing updates per client requests, ensuring expert advisory and thought leadership with support from senior members

Manage the input of project details into our internal costing system, ensuring alignment with given research target specifications

Manage and mentor a direct report

Foster internal collaboration to deliver flawlessly

Exercise strong leadership skills in interactions with clients and with other teammates

This might be the job for you if you have:

Completed Bachelor's Degree, Master's level education an asset

4-5 years' experience

At least 3 years of market research experience, advertising or media experience is an asset

A passion for creativity and advertising with an innate curiosity about human behavior. We are looking for folks who are driven by a desire for deeper understanding, at every level

Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to accuracy and completing task in a timely manner

Comfortable with reading, interpreting, and finding insights in data

A knack for storytelling and extracting the 'so what' for clients to make the best decisions for their creatives based on their business objectives

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation

Strong project management skills, particularly in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently within the stipulated timeline and budget. A knack for strategic planning, adept financial acumen, and an understanding of budget constraints

Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines

Thrives within a team environment

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
