Dolby is seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager, Product Led-Growth to join our product team. You will be responsible for designing and executing the self-service strategy and vision to help build a best-in-class experience for our customers. Your role will involve analyzing current interactions, competitors’ experiences, and industry trends and measuring results to continue to improve and evolve the self-service experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, marketing, product management, engineering, and developer relations, you will drive improvements, new features, tools, and influence the product roadmap across all API portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact and contribute to our new business expansion.

Responsibilities Establish the vision for a world-class developer experience and clear, KPIs for developer productivity and adoption, in collaboration with product teams and cross-functional leads across the business.

Discover and prioritize developer use cases and requirements for the end-to-end developer journeys through qualitative and quantitative analysis with customer interviews and feedback, and data analysis.

Identify pain points in the developer experience, and work with cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class experience for developers. This could involve building tools, creating documentation, improving product design, and more.

Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and monitor product performance to ensure ongoing success.

Own operations and feature development with the developer portal for the self-service experience.

Desired experience and qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results.

Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies, APIs, programming languages, and databases.

Experienced in using data analytics tools to arrive at hypotheses such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Segment, Domo, Databricks, and data query languages such as SQL and Python.

The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $140,400- $171,500 plus bonus, equity, and benefits, and can vary if outside of this location. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
