seeking a District Manager to lead a large growing Corporate Services foodservice portfolio of 20 different client sites in Northern and Southern California.

This position will home office out of Northern California but will require travel to sites in Northern and Southern California. This is a hands-on Senior Management position with active operations responsibilities and accountability. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and is required to facilitate on-going portfolio communication, standards and business objectives.

The successful candidate will have:

Strong team development skills,

Client relationship skills,

Proven successful P&L management experience,

Coordinate and direct subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees,

Lead the team’s financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, and employee training & development,

Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload,

Experience working with clients and VP in areas relating to contract and account operations.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area through subordinate managers, supervisors and employees including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. Works with each client and the Vice President in all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship that ensures account retention. Develops a business plan and budget for the accounts with the General Manager's.

Qualifications:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 7 years

Basic Functional Experience - 7 years
