Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

Location: Coffman Court, New Albany, OH 43062

Hours: 730 am 6pm (54 hour weeks)

Duration: 6 Month contracts with extensions (estimated total 12-18 months)

Qualifications:

• PMP Certification
• OSHA 30
• Construction Project background
• Project management experience on larger construction projects (years length time, 5M+)
• MS project (for scheduling)
• Experience with physical security; Access control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection

Plusses:

• Smart sheet (for reports entering in data)
• Preferable new constructions
• AutoCAD (not designing, NOT modifying Just reading, would be assessing drawings and on door there is a back lock and contact there is request to exit, by looking at the drawings would have a number code and it would tell them what the door entailed and then they would assess where the camera goes, in what direction, how high up)

Day to Day:

A company in the New Albany, OH area is looking for a Project Manager who will be helping with Data Centers being built in the area. At the Data Centers they will be implementing security cameras, access control doors could entail mantraps, IP Video. This person will be attending early morning safety meetings, and the majority of the day looking at locations starting in the next 2-3 days, monitoring projects of subcontractors. This Project Manager will be responsible for direction on where to go for the day, and prioritizing the tasks for the day. They will have a team of 6-8 people to direct. This person will also be responsible for reporting completion of the job and change form requests.
