Overview:
Residency Outreach Coordinator Description
The primary function of this position is to develop relationships with anesthesia provider residencies with the purpose of establishing a pipeline of future hires at Somnia. Our recruiters are true business partners and are charged with attracting and hiring top clinical talent. You will collaborate with the recruiters to be acutely aware of the recruitment needs nationally. You will strategically develop relationships with program directors and residency coordinators at Anesthesiology and CRNA schools in every State. You will collaborate with Marketing & Recruitment department leadership to build branding and outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Residency Outreach Coordinator Duties include, but not limited to:
Coordination of and travel to career fairs, college events, tradeshows, and networking events.
Organize events, work with recruiters to manage attendees, follow RSVP lists closely to ensure attendance, determine which giveaways are appropriate for events. Confirm all venues, obtain PO approvals.
Ensure that there is sufficient recruiter/leadership attendance at each event prior to commitment.
Internet research, making phone calls, sending emails and email blasts
Provide regular updates to the team for upcoming events, utilize the recruiters as key business partners in achieving your goals.
Partnering with clinical VPs and leadership, Marketing and Recruiters to develop thoughtful and comprehensive programs that consistently deliver candidate pool of new anesthesia graduates from CRNA, residency and fellowship programs nationwide.
Manage outreach to all rotating program participants throughout our national network to attempt to place them in our system.
Design social media campaign for specific new graduate demographic.
Utilize incumbent medical staff to tap into residency programs, promote referral programs.
Provide a concierge experience to the residencies, determining how we can partner with them to develop long term relationships.
Reach out and develop relationships with students rotating through a Somnia site, education program.
Collect feedback and data to help understand how we can meet the needs of students.
Organize a feedback survey for post events.
Collate candidate lead lists after events to ensure they are tagged, entered into iCIMS and distributed.
Organize subsequent events with residents throughout their tenure in school thereby developing relationships with the graduating classes.
