Senior Project Manager - Military veterans preferred

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an ever expanding company to support the delivery of a large Capex portfolio. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple capital projects across the organization. Your role will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and readiness workstreams for each assigned project Ensure safety, scope, cost, and schedule are managed across all assigned projects Oversee the performance of Project Engineers and Project Teams Provide strategic and tactical leadership to ensure successful project delivery Resolve disputes and legal issues, and oversee project close-out Direct bid evaluation and contract award processes, and coordinate the negotiation of contracts with design firms, general contractors, and construction management teams Review construction documents and specifications, coordinating necessary reviews with business unit representatives and regulatory authorities Coordinate with end users and Facilities Management to ensure efficient and timely turnover of space for effective operations Oversee relationships with local municipalities for project permitting and site improvements Provide input to short- and long-term capital planning Inform design decisions based on operational knowledge Qualifications: At least 10 years of relevant experience working in the construction capital projects. Portfolio of successful projects delivered on time and within budget Experience executing projects in a GMP manufacturing environment. Educated to degree level, ideally in Engineering or Construction Management. Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with enterprise-wide information systems.
