We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role can be based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or any of our flagship U.S. based offices (Atlanta, Houston, Dallas)

The Role

We are in search of a dedicated Data Product Manager with a deep expertise in database management, data migration practices, and processes. As a highly acquisitive company, we need this role to support the migration of all operational data from source to target systems. This role requires an individual who understands the intricacies of B2B software sales and recognizes the relevance and importance of data in this sphere. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our data ecosystem aligns perfectly with our business objectives.

Key Functions

Database Management & Technical Execution:

Oversee, optimize, and maintain the company databases. Engage in hands-on technical work, ensuring best-in-class practices in database management. Establish governance and on-going data quality standards for CRM and ERP

Data Migration And Integration

Spearhead data migration initiatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Build out and maintain a playbook for multi-phase data migration approach when a company is newly acquired. Partner with Business teams for seamless integrations and acquisitions.

Team Leadership

Direct, mentor, and oversee a hybrid team of onshore and offshore data analysts. Ensure synchronization and efficient communication between onshore and offshore teams.

Strategy & Planning

Design and execute data strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Remain updated on technology trends to keep the organization ahead in data management. Able to translate data structures, changes, and summarize individual and team efforts across multiple audiences: Technical, Executive, and Stakeholder Facing

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of data initiatives with company goals. Regularly communicate data updates and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years in a data-centric role emphasizing database management and data migration. Proven experience in integrations, acquisitions, and leading data-driven projects. Mastery of Excel and SQL. Well-acquainted with ETL tools. Background in Salesforce is a must; experience with ERP data is a significant plus. Prior experience in a B2B software company is essential. Comprehensive understanding of B2B and software sales, with an emphasis on data's role in this domain. Exceptional leadership qualities and experience leading diverse teams. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
