**Collections and Equipment Inventory Coordinator**

Denver, CO / Trans Lease Sales and Marketing / Full-time Trans Lease is looking for a motivated, service and mechanical minded individual that is ready to begin a new career path in the Finance world. As part of the Marketing & Sales Support staff, you will aid in negotiating the repairs and re-marketing of used trucks. This is a long term opportunity with limitless growth potential. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, coupled with working knowledge of the transportation/service industry to identify what repairs need to be done to get used trucks back on the road. Additionally, this individual must have excellent negotiating skills as they will be responsible for sourcing the best rates to repair the vehicles. This is an ideal opportunity for a mechanically savvy individual to learn the finance side of the truck and repair industry.

+ Effectively support and communicate with multi-regional partners.

+ Provide immaculate customer service.

+ Coordinate with the Sales Department and regional repair facilities to meet sales goals.

+ Develop and implement comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics, budgets, resource requirements and action plans to grow and support sales revenue targets and future growth targets within a geographic region.

+ Analyze business processes and collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to streamline processes and measure activity results.

+ Implement and maintain enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

+ Other duties assigned by the manager.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:**

+ Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.

+ Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.

+ Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.

+ Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.

+ Occasional stooping and bending

+ Perform ride alongs with potential buyers

+ Ability to lift up to 30lbs.

+ Normal range of hearing and vision.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:**

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Bachelors degree in Business with a concentration/emphasis on Finance or Accounting and/or equivalent experience.

+ Experience diagnosing and repairing trucks is a plus!

+ Valid Drivers License with good standing MVR.

+ Strong excel skills required and proficient with all Microsoft applications.

+ Experience in a multi-state business, preferably within the transportation industry.

+ Prior experience in the automotive, insurance, mortgage or banking fields is a plus but not required.

+ Detail oriented, multitasker and organized.

+ Exceptional customer service skills.

+ Positive attitude and dependable.

+ Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offerbackground check, physical and drug screening.

+ Compensation Range: $65,000 annually - potential earnings up to $77,000
