Often includes multiple facilities.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Leads teams responsible for some or all of the following: Design, Develop and Implement Supply Chain Planning and fulfillment and returns strategies to reduce time to market and support new launches and products.Utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data tools to improve and evolve supply chain teams and processes to meet customer expectations. Leverage industry expertise to drive and maintain best in class supply chain strategy and execution utilizing Automation and Technology.Develop and grow strategic relationships with suppliers to build business continuity and resiliency in extended supply chain. Drive near term and long-term decisions to align with company strategies and initiatives, this includes negotiations with internal and external teams to protect and advance AT&T's interests.Manage and mitigate risks in the categories of finance, sustainability, business continuity, and compliance. Enable revenue generation for excess and obsolete inventory including revenue forecasting, maximizing sales price, minimizing cost structure and multi-channel fulfillment.Exercise Business Unit ownership of technology by mastery of systems, applications and architecture supporting supply Chain.Responsible for personnel and administrative compliance functions, coach and develop high potential employees with project or complex problem-solving opportunities. Champion development and succession planning thru training, enabling job rotations and mentoring.Responsible for managing strategic direction for demand forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and/or transportation.
