**Coordinator, Retail Operations**

at Allbirds San Francisco, CA **COORDINATOR, RETAIL OPERATIONS**San Francisco, CA | Retail Team | Reports to Manager, Retail Operations * Help Store Leaders and teams solve day-to-day problems that pop up, so that the store can focus delivering unbelievable customer service.

* Familiarize and become a power user in various vendor platforms that help our stores operate.

* Work with cross functional partners to help compile and relay necessary information to the Retail Teams in a defined communication cadence and structure.

* Proactively think of ways to simplify processes and better support our store teams.

* Identify and present new improvement opportunities to ensure success at scale.

* Drive consistency by monitoring and ensuring consistent execution of operational tasks in store.

* Manage the flow of supplies to store and assist in the sampling process for new supplies.

* Maintain RetailOps ticketing platform and ensure resolutions happen in a timely manner.

* Update and maintain accuracy of SOPs/User Guides to ensure relevance and accurate information.

* Support the HQ Retail Team with various projects/tasks.

* Resourceful and open to new ideas someone who will thrive in a highly dynamic environment

* Someone who is extremely organized and comfortable managing many workstreams

* Collaboration will be key, and understanding who the different stakeholders are and how to best work with them is critical

* Willingness to support and serve our stores with whatever they need to ensure their success.

* Empowered to propose and define new business solutions (such as new tools, new activities and practices, etc) with the goal of continuously improving and raising the standard at Allbirds.
