Overview: The Director of Supply Chain Management will become "Steering wheel of Manufacturing value chain management" who will partner with Finance and Corporate planning team to strongly influence strategic SKU portfolio rationalization. They will manage New Product Development cycle from operational efficiency standpoint and optimize the entire company's operation across the value chain from sourcing, production, logistics to sales planning.

Develop/implement best practices including:

S&OP process to drive efficiency, structure our new product launch process and transform our logistics/warehousing function to support our growth ambitions. Develop a vendor scorecard Risk Management processes

Continuously improve the system and process of managing operational flow to avoid disconnection of value chain processes. Update processes including a newly consolidated ERP system. Minimize losing any sales and growth opportunities both from internal operation and sales plan standpoint. Maximize operational efficiency and analyze to figure out the root cause of financial / operational inefficiency.

Requirements:

7-10 years experience in working for an established CPG company. Experience management multi-site operations. Good knowledge in dealing with nationwide supply chain service provider. Flexibility: The responsibility will be cross functional and unlimited to one vertical role. Horizontal Knowledge & Communication: This role requires in-depth knowledge of snack CPG value chain, corporate/organization culture and human dynamics. Hiring & team management: This role requires extensive people and team management skills in order to manage multi-functioning departments. Willing to travel up to 40% of the time (nationally).
